How to use Mud Puddle®

Mineral Bath: Add 3-4 oz. to running water & soak 15—30 minutes.
Facial Mask: Mix 1 Tbsp. distilled water w/ 1 Tbsp. Mud Puddle, apply & relax for 20 minutes.

*Can be mixed w/ Restore™ Lotion, Dermawear™ Duos, Essential Tonic™ & Distilled water.
