Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched the same day when the order has been sent before 2 p.m. and payment has been received. They are shipped via renowned and secure carriers such as, Purolator, Fedex, UPS, Dicom, Canpar and Canada Post. When you give us your e-mail address, we take care to send you your tracking number for your packages. Delivery times vary depending on your location, for more information, please contact one of our sales representatives.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and the shipping costs applicable to each of them.
Box dimensions are saved and your items are properly protected.
